Returns Accepted for:
Incorrect product received (report within 7 days).
Product damaged upon receipt (report within 7 days).
Non-customized standard stock products in new, unused condition (within 30 days).
Must include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

Refund Process
Our GoodProx returns process is streamlined for quick resolution, with all approved returns inspected prior to refund processing:
1. Initiate a return request and provide order details and reason for return
2. Ensure the product meets eligibility criteria and is packaged with all original materials
3. Ship the product back (customer covers shipping unless the issue is GoodProx’s error)
4. Our team inspects the returned item to verify condition and eligibility
5. Refund is processed to the original payment method after inspection approval.

All approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14-21 business days, less any applicable fees or charges. For items with damage, missing parts or non-original condition due to buyer error, contact our team for personalized refund guidance.

Restocking Fee & Exceptions
A standard GoodProx restocking fee of 10% may apply to non-customized standard products returned for non-defect reasons. This fee covers product inspection and restocking costs for unused, eligible returns. Restocking fee exceptions: Returns due to GoodProx error (e.g., wrong product shipped, defective item, damaged in transit) are fully exempt from restocking fees, with all associated shipping costs covered by GoodProx.
