RETURNS POLICY

Returns Accepted for:
  • Incorrect product received (report within 7 days).
  • Product damaged upon receipt (report within 7 days).
  • Non-customized standard stock products in new, unused condition (within 30 days).
  • Must include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  • Customer responsible for return shipping and restocking fees (if applicable).

    Returns Not Accepted for:
  • Customized or special order products.
  • Installed, used, or modified products.
  • Software (unless defective).
  • Consumables.
  • Products beyond return period.

Refund Process:
Approved returns will be refunded after receipt and inspection. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, less any applicable restocking fees, shipping, and handling charges. Processing typically takes 14-21 business days.

Restocking Fees:
Standard products returned for non-defect reasons may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Returns due to our error (e.g., wrong product shipped) are exempt from this fee.
